have been in the Real Estate, Asset Management, and Mortgage Banking
industries for over 25 years. Having such a thorough background in all
aspects of real estate allows me to have more in depth discussions with
my clients and give them guidance from start to finish. My goal is to
understand my clients' needs for their home, their family, and their
finances, and then work to ensure they are thrilled with all aspects of
the sale. Buying or selling a home starts with my client. It is not only
about my years of experience, my happy clients, or my mad negotiating
skills. It is about what my client needs from me, what they expect from
each transaction, and what they find important at the moment. Anyone can
find properties online these days; but not everyone knows what the
seller's motivation is to sell, or why the property down the street fell
out of escrow, or how to get the best price on your dream home. As an
experienced Realtor, I make sure my buyers are educated about the
process, stand out in a multiple offer situation, and are able to buy
the home of their choice.
